Terms of Use Coaching 1:1

1. Purpose

The individual coaching sessions offered by La Vulgarisatrice Inc. aim to support entrepreneurs in the development and structuring of their business. The goal is to offer strategic advice, adapted tools and a framework for reflection to help each client achieve their professional goals.

By booking an appointment for an individual coaching session, you agree to these Terms of Use .

2. Modalities and operation of coaching

2.1 Appointment making and follow-up

Coaching is done in the form of individual sessions remotely or in person, depending on the agreement reached.
The client is responsible for booking their sessions and respecting the established schedule.

2.2 Customer Commitments

The customer agrees to:

Provide accurate and complete information to enable optimal support.
Be available and collaborative in discussions and the implementation of advice.
Make appointments in advance and respect the agreed deadlines for sending the documents or information necessary for coaching.

2.3 Commitments of La Vulgarisatrice

The Popularizer undertakes to:

Provide personalized support tailored to the needs of each client.
Maintain the confidentiality of shared information.
Respond to customer communications within 24 to 48 business hours .

3. Mutual respect and non-discrimination

3.1 Basic principle

La Vulgarisatrice Inc. advocates a safe, inclusive and respectful coaching environment.
Any form of hate speech, discrimination or harassment will not be tolerated under any circumstances .

3.2 Commitments of the client and La Vulgarisatrice

Exchanges must take place in a respectful environment, without offensive, aggressive or inappropriate remarks.
It is prohibited to engage in discriminatory behavior, whether on the basis of gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, ethnic origin, religion, disability or any other protected characteristic .
In the event of non-compliance with this clause, La Vulgarisatrice reserves the right to immediately interrupt the coaching, without reimbursement .

4. Pricing and Payment

4.1 Session prices

The coaching rate is set at $500.00 + taxes per month , unless otherwise specified in the initial agreement.
Payments must be made before the start of the service and can be made in two installments before the start of each meeting.

4.2 Accepted payment methods

Credit or debit card
Paypal

4.3 Conditions of validity

Purchased but unused sessions expire one year after purchase .
Purchased time banks are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

5. Cancellation and postponement policy

5.1 Cancellation and postponement of session

Any cancelled or postponed session must be reported at least 24 hours in advance .
A last minute cancellation (less than 24 hours before the session) or an absence without notice will result in the loss of the session with no possibility of postponement.
In the event of the client being late, the session will end at the initially scheduled time, without extension.

6. Non-refund policy

All payments made are non-refundable , even if the client decides to discontinue their coaching.
No exceptions will be made, except in the case of a proven billing error.

7. Liability and limitation of warranty

7.1 Commitments of La Vulgarisatrice

The Popularizer makes every effort to provide relevant and appropriate support, but does not guarantee specific results .
The success of coaching depends on many factors, including the client's involvement and actions.

7.2 Customer liability

The client acknowledges that the advice provided by La Vulgarisatrice is given for information purposes and that he/she is solely responsible for the decisions made and actions implemented.
The Popularizer cannot be held responsible for the consequences arising from the use of the information provided as part of the coaching.

8. Confidentiality and intellectual property

8.1 Protection of information

All information exchanged between La Vulgarisatrice and the client remains strictly confidential .
The Popularizer undertakes not to share or disclose the client's personal or professional information without their consent, except in the event of a legal obligation.

8.2 Ownership of resources and documents

Any resource provided as part of the coaching (reports, templates, tools) is reserved for the exclusive use of the client .
The client does not have the right to sell, share or distribute these documents without the written consent of La Vulgarisatrice.

9. Termination of Service

Either party may terminate the support with 30 days written notice.
In the event of non-compliance with these conditions, La Vulgarisatrice reserves the right to interrupt the coaching without reimbursement.

10. Acceptance of Conditions, Applicable Law and Disputes

By confirming your appointment, you acknowledge having read and accepted these Terms of Use .
These conditions are governed by the laws of the province of Quebec .
In the event of a dispute, the parties agree that any claim will be brought before the competent courts of the judicial district of Saint-Étienne-des-Grès .

If you want to avoid having to remember to pay your bill every time, you can opt for subscription payment via PayPal . Your payment will be automatically taken every month, and you can cancel your subscription at any time directly from your PayPal account .
